Sundays at 7:00 a.m.   

   

Adult Women:

Monday Mornings *5:45 a.m. (on the water 6:00 a.m.)

Tuesday & Thursday Mornings *land training at 5:25 a.m  /  *on the water 6:00 a.m.

Tues. Evenings STARTING APRIL 14 * 5:15 p.m.​

Adult Men:

Monday and Wednesday Evenings *5:15 p.m.

KEIKI 10-14 STARTS APRIL 13th

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday  *3:30 - 5:15 p.m.

JUNIORS 15-18 STARTS APRIL 20th​

​Mon, Tues, Wed., Thur *3:30 - 5:15 p.m.

MANINI'S AGES 8 & 9 ONLY:

Start date in May to be announced.

Registration will be capped at 15 keiki for this division.

Notes:

For the 2026 regatta season, there will be NO "sophmore" race, but there will be a "mixed Novice" race!
